My name is Juan M. Strambini, I am the Founder & MD for Ocean Elite Navigation and a Professional Certified Licensed Captain & Powerboat Instructor.

Our hands on practical Instruction service is taught and provided through the knowledge acquired by many years of boating experience and the certified preparation and examination achieve through recognized international authorities such as RYA, USCG & US Sailing & Powerboating  the National governing body of sailing & powerboat in the United States. 

We align closely with the strategic objectives of the U.S. Coast Guard’s boating Safety Division. Promoting Safety & Responsibility by creating a New Generation of educated and experienced recreational boaters.
